Experience: Min 6 to 10 Years Experience in MEP construction safety.

Job Description:-
Overall safety documentation and procedure implementations.
Regular inspection.
Risk assessments
Keep accident records
Advise on protective clothing and equipment.
Train employees, investigate accidents and recommend any improvements in safety standard.
Preparing preventive measures to avoid the hazards identified in the project.
Selection and procurement of personal protective equipments / safety equipments.
Ensuring Firefighting and First Aid facilities. Safety documentation.
Prepare weekly and daily report of unsafe act, unsafe condition & open unsafe condition.
Creating safety awareness among workers through Tool box talks, Safety induction / Orientation / Safety mass meetings.
Preparing Job safety analysis for the projects.
Carrying out Safety inspection of work locations, work method, Men, Machinery, Material, Vehicle movement, Tool - Tackles and stores.
Conduct Safety audit of documents and site safety condition. Maintain compliance report of internal audit, client audit, external audit & daily observation
Developing HSE instructions for sub - contractors
Conducting training for in house workforce on scaffolding, rigging, fire extinguishers etc.
Advising the management on procuring the job specific protective Equipment.
